Telephone Consultations

Pre-booked telephone appointments slots for either a morning or afternoon appointments are available daily. Appointments can be made by telephoning the surgery on 03000 859355 anytime between 08.00 and 18.00, Monday to Thursday, Friday until (17.00). You can also make a request for a Non-Urgent telephone appointment via email to enquiries.w91047@wales.nhs.uk   A member of our reception team will respond to you direct or you can use our AccuRx  clinical triage facility on https://florey.accurx.com/p/W91047  AccuRx triage messages will be dealt with within 24 hours (weekdays) and a member of the team will contact you

The doctor will call you on your allotted time slot but please be aware this may be slightly delayed if the Doctor is held up on an emergency etc. but we aim to try and keep to the scheduled appointment times wherever possible.

If the doctor is unable to contact you the first time they try, they may attempt one more time. If they have failed to make contact on two occasions then they will not try again, and you will have to re-book your appointment.
