Repeat Prescriptions

IMPORTANT:  Patients can use one of the following methods to order your medication. In the practice prescription requests take up to 24-48 hours to process, so please make sure you order your medication in time to avoid running out.  PLEASE NOTE:  Most of our prescriptions are dispensed by our local pharmacy Rowlands, who request a further 5 days to prepare your prescription. With this in mind please always try and ensure you order well in advance.  

In Person

Complete the tear off slip off your last prescription and post it through our letter box on the front door clearly marked or you can write the required medication on a piece of paper with your details and post this through.
By Post

You can post your prescription request to us and this will be processed within 48 hours of receiving your request. If you enclose a stamped addressed envelope we will send your completed prescription back to you.
On Line

If you have a My Health Online account, you can request repeat prescriptions using My Health Online or you can complete the request form below.
Via a Pharmacy If you are signed up to a preferred pharmacy, contact your pharmacy to order your medication on your behalf.

 
  • Please allow plenty of time for your prescription to be processed
  • If you require an item that you have not had before you will need to contact the practice to book a telephone consultation with a doctor.
